Sterling / Tern Lake Trail ~ 10 mi One-Way
Tranverse the pre-freeway 'nostalgic' stretch with this approx. 5-mile one-way tree canopied road. We'll begin at the Tern Lake picnic and viewing platform area and end at the Crescent Creek Trail Head parking lot. Approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; net down hill as it parallels Quartz Creek drainage. Beautiful Mountain Hemlock, Spruce, Birch and Cottonwood canopies. Fresh, clean air. Includes vehicular shuttle run, if desired.
